Thank you, St. Dominic's Peace and Justice Team for your wonderful donation of $564.00! This will directly help support our refugee family.
We wish we could have seen your Crazy Hair Day - it was an inspired way to raise the loonies and toonies that contributed to this gift. Also, a shout-out to Rachel McNamara, Grade 7/8 Teacher for leading this team to serving others in faith. Thank you!

Our First Milestone!
Every journey has its milestones and the St. Dominic's Refugee Committee has reached our first one!
On February 19th our application was submitted to the Chancery Office. We provided our plan, our volunteer list and all documentation. We expect to hear back during March to confirm our application. We have many more milestones on our journey to help a Syrian family on their journey to Canada. But the first one is complete!
